FootyQuant provides information and data on football matches via our online platform (app.footyquant.com), with a primary focus on pre-match team statistics and odds for upcoming football matches.
FootyQuant is not a betting site, and we do not promote or facilitate any form of betting. While odds data may be presented on our platform, they are intended for informational purposes only and we do not recommend or redirect users to any bookmaker or betting service. Any decision to engage in betting-related activities is made solely at your own discretion and risk, and outside of our Services.

You acknowledge that FootyQuant is not liable for any breaches of this obligation on your part. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Subscription and Billing

FootyQuant offers a 14-day free trial with limited data access for all new users to try our Services. FootyQuant also offers users the option to unlock full data access by upgrading to a paid monthly/yearly subscription within our platform.
If you choose to upgrade, you will be charged a recurring monthly/yearly subscription fee according to the subscription plan you selected. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time within our platform by navigating to Profile > Manage Membership. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to FootyQuant until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
If you decide not to upgrade by the end of your free trial, your access to our Services will be restricted. You can regain full access to our Services at any time by upgrading to a paid subscription.
All billing and payment processing are securely handled by our third-party integrated payment processor, Paddle.com.

You must not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
You are prohibited from disrupting FootyQuant’s operations, compromising internet security, or interfering with other users. Burdening FootyQuant's server with automated requests or assisting others in doing so is strictly prohibited. Modifying, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the website is not allowed unless permitted by law. Using the website content through embedding, aggregating, scraping, or reproducing without explicit consent is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
